  • For security reasons, common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restaurants, and parking lots are monitored.
  • CCTV footage is strictly used for security purposes and is not shared publicly.
  • Guest rooms and private areas are not under surveillance to maintain privacy.
  1. Confidentiality of Guest Stays
  • The hotel does not disclose guest room numbers or stay details to anyone without permission.
  • Inquiries about guests are handled with strict confidentiality.
  • Room keys and access are provided only to registered guests.
  1. Wi-Fi and Internet Usage
  • Free Wi-Fi is provided, but guests must comply with security and fair usage policies.
  • Internet activity is not monitored; however, illegal or inappropriate usage is strictly prohibited.
  • The hotel is not responsible for personal data shared over public Wi-Fi.
  1. Compliance with Laws
  • The hotel follows all local and international regulations.
  • Government authorities may request guest information only under legal procedures.
  • Alcoholic and inflammable substances are strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
  • Illegal weapons are not allowed in the hotel.
  • Outside alcoholic beverages and food are not permitted.
  • Opposite-sex guests are only allowed with proper documentation and hotel permission.
  • Any damages caused by guests to hotel property must be paid at the current market value.

  • The hotel collects personal details (name, contact, ID proof, payment details) solely for booking and service purposes.

  • The hotel may use guest contact details for promotional emails or offers, with an option to opt out.
  • Marketing messages are only sent with guest consent.

  • The hotel does not store sensitive payment information without consent.
  • Any refund or transaction disputes are handled confidentially.

  1. Consumption of Alcohol
  • As per Odisha excise policy, personal liquor may only be consumed in the allocated guest rooms.
  • No public areas, special venues, terraces, or halls are permitted for consuming personal liquor.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation before 7 days of check-in: 75% refund.
  • Cancellation between 3 days of check-in: 40% refund.
  • Note: A 3% cancellation charge will be applicable on the total amount deposited for any refund.
