- Wi-Fi and Internet Usage
- Free Wi-Fi is provided, but guests must comply with security and fair usage policies.
- Internet activity is not monitored; however, illegal or inappropriate usage is strictly prohibited.
- The hotel is not responsible for personal data shared over public Wi-Fi.
- Compliance with Laws
- The hotel follows all local and international regulations.
- Government authorities may request guest information only under legal procedures.
- Alcoholic and inflammable substances are strictly prohibited inside the rooms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation before 7 days of check-in: 75% refund.
- Cancellation between 3 days of check-in: 40% refund.
- Note: A 3% cancellation charge will be applicable on the total amount deposited for any refund.
